Objective To investigate the impact of continuous nursing intervention based on WeChat platform on treatment compliance and clinical effect in newly diagnosed patients with smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods From March 2013 to March 2016,a total of 90 newly diagnosed patients with smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis were selected in the Department of Infectious Disease,Bethune First Hospital of Jilin University,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to nursing mode,each of 45 cases. Patients in control group received routine nursing care,while patients in observation group received continuous nursing intervention based on WeChat platform;both groups continuously intervened for 9 months. Treatment compliance,treatment outcome and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results Treatment compliance,treatment outcome and nursing satisfaction in observation group were statistically significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention based on WeChat platform can effectively improve the treatment compliance, clinical effect and nursing satisfaction in newly diagnosed patients with smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis.%目的 探讨基于微信平台的延续护理干预对初治涂阳肺结核患者治疗依从性及治疗效果的影响.方法 选取2013年3月—2016年3月吉林大学白求恩第一医院感染科收治的初治涂阳肺结核患者90例,根据护理模式分为对照组和观察组,每组45例.对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予基于微信平台的延续护理干预;两组患者均连续干预9个月.比较两组患者治疗依从性、治疗效果及护理满意度.结果 观察组患者治疗依从性、治疗效果及护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 基于微信平台的延续护理可有效提高初治涂阳肺结核患者治疗依从性、治疗效果及护理满意度.
