血塞通联合依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者的影响研究

摘要

目的 探讨血塞通联合依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者的影响.方法 选取2016年9月—2017年11月湖北民族学院附属民大医院收治的急性脑梗死患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例.在常规治疗基础上,对照组患者给予血塞通治疗,观察组患者给予血塞通联合依达拉奉治疗;两组患者均连续治疗14 d.比较两组患者治疗前后血脂指标、凝血功能指标、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC).结果 治疗前两组患者三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者TG、TC、LDL低于对照组,HDL高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗前两组患者D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原(FIB)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者D-二聚体、FIB低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗前两组患者Hcy、NSE、hs-CRP、WBC比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者Hcy、NSE、hs-CRP、WBC低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 血塞通联合依达拉奉可有效改善急性脑梗死患者血脂代谢、凝血功能,降低Hcy、NSE水平,减轻炎性反应.%Objective To investigate the impact of xuesaitong combined with edaravone on patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected in University Hospital of Hubei University for Nationalities from September 2016 to November 2017,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,each of 50 cases. Based on conventional treatment,patients in control group received xuesaitong,while patients in observation group received xuesaitong combined with edaravone;both groups continuously treated for 14 days. Blood lipids index,index of blood coagulation function,Hcy,NSE,hs-CRP and WBC were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results No statistically significant differences of TG,TC,HDL or LDL was found between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,TG,TC and LDL in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group,while HDL in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). No statistically significant differences of D-dimer or FIB was found between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),while D-dimer and FIB in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05). No statistically significant differences of Hcy,NSE,hs-CRP or WBC was found between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),while Hcy,NSE,hs-CRP and WBC in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuesaitong combined with edaravone can effectively adjust the blood lipid metabolism and improve the blood coagulation function in patients with acute cerebral infarction,reduce Hcy and NSE,relieve the inflammatory reaction.
