依达拉奉联合醒脑静注射液治疗脑梗死的临床疗效

摘要

目的 观察依达拉奉联合醒脑静注射液治疗脑梗死的临床疗效.方法 选取2016年9月—2017年9月眉山市仁寿县人民医院·眉山市第二人民医院收治的脑梗死患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组45例.在常规治疗基础上,对照组患者给予醒脑静注射液治疗,研究组患者给予依达拉奉联合醒脑静注射液治疗;两组患者均连续治疗2周.比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后Barthel指数及神经功能缺损程度评分、治疗期间不良反应发生情况.结果 研究组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05).治疗前两组患者Barthel指数、神经功能缺损程度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组Barthel指数高于对照组,神经功能缺损程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗期间研究组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 依达拉奉联合醒脑静注射液治疗脑梗死的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者日常生活活动能力和神经功能,且安全性较高.%Objective To observe the clinical effect of edaravone combined with xingnaojing injection on brain infarction.Methods A total of 90 patients with brain infarction were selected in the People's Hospital of Renshou County·the Second People's Hospital of Meishan from September 2016 to September 2017,and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table,each group of 45 cases.Based on conventional treatment,patients in control group received xingnaojing injection,while patients in study group received edaravone combined with xingnaojing injection;both groups continuously treated for 2 weeks.Clinical effect,Barthel index and neurological deficit score before and after treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Clinical effect in study group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).No statistically significant differences of Barthel index or neurological deficit score was found between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment, Barthel index in study group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group,while neurological deficit score in study group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in study group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone combined with xingnaojing injection has certain clinical effect in treating brain infarction,can effectively improve the daily living ability and neurological function,with relatively high safety.
