同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)是蛋氨酸反甲基化代谢过程中产生的一种含硫氨基酸,是心血管疾病的独立危险因素.既往研究表明,Hcy可通过多种机制参与冠心病的发生、发展,且与冠心病严重程度及预后有关.本文综述了Hcy与冠心病的关系及相关机制,以期为冠心病的防治提供参考.%Homocysteine(Hcy),as sulfur-containing amino acid produced by methionine anti-methylation metabolism,is an independent risk factor of cardiovascular disease. Previous studies showed that,Hcy play an important role in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease through multiple mechanisms,is significantly correlated with the severity and prognosis. This paper reviewed the relationship between Hcy and coronary heart disease and related mechanism,to provide a reference for prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.
