清血八味片联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性脑血管病的有效性及安全性

摘要

目的 观察清血八味片联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性脑血管病的有效性及安全性.方法 选取2014年7月—2016年7月北京中医药大学第三附属医院收治的缺血性脑血管病患者300例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组150例.对照组患者给予阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,研究组患者给予清血八味片联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,两组患者均持续治疗6个月.比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后血脂指标、治疗前后血液流变学指标及治疗期间合并高血压患者血压不稳定者所占比例、脑血管事件发生情况、不良反应发生情况.结果 研究组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05).治疗前两组患者总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组患者总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗前两组患者全血黏度、全血低切黏度、血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组患者全血黏度、全血低切黏度、血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗期间研究组中合并高血压患者血压不稳定者所占比例、脑血管事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),而两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 清血八味片联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性脑血管病安全有效,能有效降低血脂、血压、血液黏稠度,减少脑血管事件的发生.%Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of Qingxue-bawei tablets combined with aspirin in treating patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods From July 2014 to July 2016,a total of 300 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were selected in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table,each of 150 cases. Patients in control group received aspirin enteric-coated tablets,while patients in study group received Qingxue-bawei tablets combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets;both groups continuously treated for 6 months.Clinical effect,blood lipids index and hemorheological index before and after treatment,proportion of hypertension patients with unstable blood pressure, incidence of cerebrovascular events and adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Clinical effect in study group was statistically significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05).No statistically significant differences of TC,TG or LDL was found between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),while TC,TG and LDL in study group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).No statistically significant differences of whole blood viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity,haematocrit or fibrinogen was found between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),while whole blood viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity,haematocrit and fibrinogen in study group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).Proportion of hypertension patients with unstable blood pressure and incidence of cerebrovascular events in study group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group during the treatment(P<0.05),while no statistically significant differences of incidence of adverse reactions was found between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qingxue-bawei tablets combined with aspirin is effective and safe in treating patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,can effectively reduce the blood lipids, blood pressure,blood viscosity and risk of cerebrovascular events.
