交流异步电动机轻载运行节能的研究

摘要

设计了一个交流异步电动机软起动和节能运行的控制器,对轻载调压节能的效果进行了研究,给出了硬件电路和软件设计.研究结果表明,该技术在电机轻载运行时具有明显的节能效果,且易于实现软起动、综合保护及调速等多种功能.%An AC motor's controller of soft start and energy-saving operation is designed, the energy-saving effect of vail-able applied voltage and light load operation are analysed, its main hardware circuit and software design are presented.It is show that the designed cost-effective controller can be used for energy-saving with optimum control.
