Based on the analysis about losses of the conventional switching mode intrinsically safe power supply,a syn-chronous Buck topology is obtained which is more efficient, cooler and safer than conventional Buck converter in intrinsi-cally safe power supply.The parameters of this synchronous Buck topology are chosen by the rules in intrinsically safe cir-cuits and is adopted in intrinsically safe power supply for the first time.The experimental results show that the power sup-ply has merits of high efficiency, small volume and high reliability.%在分析传统开关型本质安全电源各种损耗的基础上,得出采用同步Buck拓扑可以显著提高电源效率,减少发热,提高本质安全特性.首次将同步Buck拓扑应用在本质安全电源中.采用本质安全设计方法对电路参数进行设计.实验证明该电源具有效率高、体积小、町靠性高等优点.
