基于DSP的软开关逆变式脉冲电源

摘要

An inverter power supply with 25 kHz and 15 V/1 kA for electroplating and electrochemical machining is intro-duced based on DSP.A novel phase-shifted full-bridge zero-vohage-switching(PS-FB-ZVS) topology based on IGBT by adopt-ing saturable inductor to widen soft-switching range is proposed and its control principle is analyzed.The control circuit based on DSP TMS320F2407 is designed besides phase-shift principle of DSP and the presentation of system program flow chart.The experimental results show that the soft-switching inverting pulse power supply is accomplished in great scopes of power modulation,the performance is good and the design is feasibility.%研制了一种基于DSP的25 kHz高频15V/1 kA的ZVS软开关逆变式脉冲电源,用于电镀与电解加工.给出了一种采用饱和电感拓宽零电压软开关范围的电路拓扑,并分析了其控制原理.设计了以TMS320LF2407A型DSP为核心的控制电路,并给出移相原理和系统控制程序流程图.实验结果证明,所研制的高频软开关逆变式脉冲电源在较大功率调节范围内可实现软开关,并且性能优良,设计合理.
