小型风力发电软开关变换器研究

         

摘要

针对传统小型风电变换器工作在硬开关状态时,开关损耗较大、开关管电压电流应力大、转换效率低的缺点,将一种单管Boost软开关变换器应用于小型风力发电系统.通过增加谐振电感和电容,实现了主开关管和续流二极管的软开通与软关断.在此分析了软开关变换器的工作原理,搭建了仿真模型和实验平台.仿真和实验结果证明,开关管和续流二极管均工作在软开关状态,减少了开关损耗,提高了小型风力发电系统的传输效率.%For traditional small-scale wind power generation converter operates in hard-switching state with large switch ing loss, large voltage and current stress of switching device and low conversion efficiency, a single Boost soft-switching converter is used in small-scale wind power generation system.With increasing inductance and capacitances, the soft switching of main switch and freewheeling diode are achieved.The structure is simple and easy to control.The working principle of soft-switching converter is analyzed and the simulation model and experimental platform are built.The simu lation and experimental results show that the soft-switching of main switch and freewheeling diode operate in soft switching state with low switching loss,the transmission efficiency is improved.
