基于初级控制的LED恒流驱动电路的设计

         

摘要

基于初级控制技术,设计了一款6W反激式LED恒流驱动电路,省略了传统的隔离光耦与次级调整电路.分析了电路恒压恒流的实现原理,并介绍了电路元件参数.在85~264 V交流输入电压下,对电路接额定负载和低负载的恒流性能进行了测试,恒流精度分别为4.3%和2.9%.测试结果表明该电路具有结构简单,恒流精度高,稳定性好等优点.%The design of a 6 W constant current light emitting diode driver based on flyback with primary side control technology is proposed, eliminating the opto-isolated feedback and secondary regulation circuits required in traditional designs.Then the realization principle of constant voltage and constant current is analyzed,and the element parameters of the circuit are introduced.The constant current accuracy of the circuit in 85-264 V AC input voltage are 4.3% and 2.9% separately with rated load and light load.The experimental results show that the circuit has the advantages of simple structure, high constant current precision and good stability.
