基于变压器一维模型的漏感分析与研究

         

摘要

以反激变换器为例,通过对开关管关断时漏源电压和多路输出时输出误差的数学描述,阐述了漏感的危害,从高频变压器的一维模型出发,提出匝间距离、透入深度、线圈窗口在x轴上的宽度等是影响高频变压器漏感大小的主要因素,通过增大绕组宽度和绕组高宽比,增加绕组之间的耦合程度即可减少漏感.最后通过实验验证了该减小漏感方法的可行性,此结论在高频变压器的工程应用中具有普遍指导意义.%Take flyback as an example, using the mathematical description of the voltage of switch turn off (drain to source voltage) and the output error of multiple output vohage,then the harm of leakage inductance is explained. From the one-dimensional model of high-frequency transformer, it indicates that the main factors, pitch of turn, permeating depth, and the width of loop window on the x axis, influence the degree of high-frequeney transformer leakage.These are ways to realise the purpose of reducing the leakage:l, increasing the winding width;2, increasing the winding height ratio;3, increasing the coupling degree of winding. The experimental results verify the feasibility of this method of reducing leakage inductance.This conclusion has a general significance for high-frequency transformer.
