40kW复合有源箝位ZVS三相PWM整流器效率优化

         

摘要

The compound active clamping ZVS three-phase PWM rectifier can realize ZVS operation for all switches. In addition,the anti-parallel diode reverse recovery current of all switches is suppressed well. Space vector modulation can be realized with all the switching devices operating at the fixed switching frequency. And the switching voltage stress of all the power switch devices is only a little higher than the DC link voltage. In order to optimize the circuit efficiency ,the resonant parameter of the auxiliary loop is optimized firstly.Then the auxiliary switch loss is optimized by loss breakdown.A 40 kW experimental platform is builded up and experimental results indicate that the efficiency of the CAC soft switching rectifier can be promoted to 97.9% by the optimization method.%复合有源箝位零电压开关(ZVS)三相PWM整流器能够实现所有开关管的ZVS,并能抑制所有开关反并二极管的反向恢复电流,所有开关管的电压应力均被箝位在一个稍高于直流母线电压的固定值,电路可采用空间矢量调制(SVM).为了优化电路效率,首先对软开关辅助回路的谐振参数进行优化设计,得到一组最优的谐振参数,然后通过辅助开关管的损耗分析,证明了选择快速IGBT作为辅助开关管可进一步降低损耗.根据优化结果,搭建了一个40 kW的实验平台,实验测得复合有源箝位软开关整流器的效率可达到97.9%.
