混合动力整车控制系统开发

         

摘要

Based on the integrated starter and generator(ISG) parallel hybrid electric vehicle, the vehicle control system is developed, which includes the design of the vehicle controller hardware, the develop of the control strategy, the controller software,and the develop of the software of the monitoring and calibration for HEV based on the VC++.Several working modes such as generating power mode, pure electric mode, hybrid drive mode are tested, and the realtime datas from CAN bus are collected by the monitoring and calibration software.The vehicle tests show that the control strategy of the ISG parallel hybrid electric vehicle can meet the requirements of vehicle control effectively, and the hardware or software system developmen of parallel hybrid electric vehicle control unit and monitoring and calibration software are successful, meet the needs of vehicle control.%混合动力整车控制系统的开发是以某起动机/发电机一体化(ISG)并联混合动力汽车为例,开发整车控制系统,包括整车控制器硬件的设计、控制策略的制定、控制器软件的开发和基于VC++的混合动力汽车监控和标定软件的开发.实车验证实现了发电电源模式、纯电动模式、混合动力模式等多种工作模式,监控标定软件实时采集实验过程中CAN总线上的数据.实验数据表明,ISG并联式混合动力车整车控制策略设计能满足整车控制需求,可对整车进行有效控制,并联式混合动力整车控制单元的硬软件系统开发和监控标定软件能满足整车控制的需要.
