斩控补偿式单相交流稳压电源设计

         

摘要

交流稳压电源的体积、精度和重量等参数对一些设备至关重要,而目前市场上提供的小容量单相交流稳压电源普遍难以达到精度高、体积小的要求,为此设计了一种单极性斩控串级补偿式交流稳压电源,它采用斩控式交流调压和串级补偿技术,利用电压闭环控制方式.稳压控制系统采用STC12C5A62AD单片机,该单片机带A/D输入和PWM输出,使系统结构和控制方式简单;电压闭环采用直流电压采样反馈技术,采样频率达12.8 kHz,采样及控制精度高;PWM斩波控制频率为4 kHz,使主电路滤波电容、电感容量和体积减小.样机实验结果表明,该装置电压输出精度高,体积及重量较一般产品减小,具有较大的实用价值.%The volume, precision and weight of an AC stabilized voltage supply are of vital importance to some equipments,but the low-power single phase AC stabilized voltage supply provided in present market generally has shortcomings of high precision with big volume or small volume with low precision. So an unipolar AC stabilized voltage supply with chopping control cascade compensation is designed. In this supply,chopping control AC voltage regulating,cascade compensation and a voltage closed-loop are adopted. And in the system,MCU of STC12C5A62AD with A/D input and PWM output is adopted,by which simple structure and control are gotten. DC voltage sampling feedback technique is used in voltage closed-loop,and its sampling frequency is up to 12.8 kHz, so the precision of sampling and control are all high. PWM chopping frequency is 4 kHz, so capacity of filter capacitor and inductors are small. Experiment results of prototype show that the system has high precision of output voltage,and smaller volume and weight than common products, and it will have great practical value.
