研究了T型三电平逆变器在两种不同调制策略下的损耗及其可靠性.通过仿真比较了正弦脉宽调制(SP-WM)和特定谐波消除脉宽调制(SHEPWM)两种调制策略下的T型三电平逆变器损耗和功率器件的结温,并对T型三电平逆变器中功率器件的可靠性进行研究.通过研究得到T型三电平逆变器在不同工作模式下的IGBT模块损耗情况及其对可靠性的影响.最后,进行了仿真和实验.%The reliability of T-type three-level inverter and the method about losses calculation in two different modulation strategies are researched.The losses and junction temperature of power devices in T-type three-level inverter of sinusoidal pulse-width modulation(SPWM) and selective harmonic elimination pulse-width modulation(SHEPWM) are compared in simulation,and the reliability of power devices in T-type three-level inverter is researched.The loss conditions of IGBT in T-type three-level inverter and its effect on reliability are presented in different working modes by the research.Finally,the simulation and experiment are carried out.
