A high-voltage pulsed power supply based on LC full-bridge series resonant is designed,which could obtain nanosecond level high-voltage pulse output of more than one hundred kilovoltages on the high voltage capacitor.The power supply adoptes two stage Boost structure to get ns magnitude high voltage pulse.By analyzing the working process of the series resonant converter under discontinuous current mode (DCM),the parameter design method is developed.Then,high-voltage pulse generating circuit is designed.Finally,under the theoretical analysis,a pulsed power supply is developed.The Pspice simulation and experiment are carried on.The results show that this power can obtain pulse voltage with 135 kV amplitude,42 ns rising time on the capacitive load.%设计了一种基于LC全桥串联谐振的高压脉冲功率电源,并在高压电容器上获得了纳秒级百千伏的高压脉冲输出.电源采用两级升压结构得到纳秒级高压脉冲,详细分析了脉冲电源前级串联谐振变换器电流断续模式(DCM)下工作过程,得出变换器谐振参数设计方法,并对系统后级高压脉冲形成回路进行了设计.在理论分析基础上研制了一台脉冲功率电源,对电源进行Pspice软件仿真和实验测试,结果表明,在电容负载上,此电源可获得峰值135 kV,前沿42 ns的脉冲电压.
