永磁无刷直流电机两相导通SVM-DTC

         

摘要

The direct torque control based on space vector modulation (SVM-DTC) strategy for the permanent magnet brushless direct current motor (PM-BLDCM) with low inductance can improve the torque dynamic response of the PMBLDCM,but it also has the large ripple of torque in steady state.Therefore,a DTC strategy for low torque ripple is proposed.The strategy uses one-step prediction method of the stator flux to obtain the stator flux error.According to the relationship between the flux error and the stator voltage,line voltage-given of conductive two-phase is deduced.By means of space vector modulation,the line voltage of conductive two-phase is controlled accurately.The experimental results show that the steady state torque ripple is obviously reduced.%低电感的永磁无刷直流电机(PM-BLDCM)采用基于空间矢量调制型直接转矩控制(SVM-DTC)策略,可提高其两相导通时的转矩动态响应速度,但同时存在稳态转矩脉动较大的缺点.提出一种低转矩脉动的DTC策略.该策略利用定子磁链一步预测方法获得定子磁链误差.根据磁链误差与定子电压关系推导出导通两相线电压给定;借助空间矢量调制原理,精确控制导通两相线电压.实验结果表明,稳态转矩脉动明显降低.
