C28x+CLA高频数字控制逆变器的研究

         

摘要

Low utilization rate of the input voltage,large volume of filter,large output waveforms harmonic are existed in low frequency digital control two-level dual Buck half bridge inverter(DBHBI) system,a kind of C28x+control law accelerator(CLA) high frequency digital control of unipolar modulation of three-level dual Buck full bridge inverter(DBFBI) is studied.Using frequency switching arm to replace the half bridge inverter input voltage sharing capacitor,the full bridge topology is effective to improve the utilization rate of the input voltage.The bridge arm three-level output reduces the output harmonic content,the output waveform is more realistic.Digital control is adopted by using high frequency switch tube,the volume and weight of the output filter are reduced while maintaining high efficiency and high reliability.The simulation and experimental results verify the correctness and feasibility of the above analysis.%针对数字低频控制的两电平双Buck半桥逆变器(DBHBI)系统输入电压利用率低、滤波器件体积大、输出波形谐波大的问题,研究一种C28x+控制率加速器(CLA)高频数字控制的单极性调制三电平双Buck全桥逆变器(DBFBI).用工频开关桥臂取代半桥逆变器中的输入均压电容,拓扑全桥结构有效提高输入电压利用率.桥臂三电平输出降低了输出谐波含量,输出波形更逼真;开关管采用高频数字化控制,降低输出滤波器件体积和重量的同时,保持高效和高可靠性.仿真和实验验证了以上分析的正确性和可行性.
