详细分析了死区对于三电平隔离式双向DC/DC变换器(IBDC)不同工作状态下电压、电流的影响,根据IBDC不同工作状态,死区造成隔离变压器输入与输出的三电平电压损失各不相同,提出一种双边脉宽死区补偿策略.该策略针对三电平IBDC的对称性要求,对变压器双边进行严格的脉宽补偿.搭建了一台实验样机,实验结果验证了该策略的可行性.%The voltage and current effects of the three-level isolated bidirectional DC/DC converter(IBDC) output for dead-time are analyzed.According to all working status,there exists deferent voltage loss between converters in both sides of the isolation transformer.A method of bilateral pulse dead-time compensation strategy is given.This strategy compensate the loss voltage strictly both sides of the isolation transformer to meet the requirements of symmetry for the three-level IBDC.A prototype is built,and the results show the correctness of the strategy.
