基于倍流同步整流的LED驱动电源研究

         

摘要

Light emitting diode (LED) driver power supply is designed for low voltage large current constant current source,and electrolytic capacitor restricts the service life of the LED driver power supply.The scholars both at home and abroad have done in depth research to improve the power efficiency and eliminate the electrolytic capacitor two aspects of LED drive power.This paper proposes a high-power LED driver power supply topology based on currentdoubler synchronous rectifier half-bridge LLC resonant,the topology implementes both resonance soft switch of half bridge,reduce the conduction loss,and can eliminate the electrolytic capacitor.Basis of detail analyzing the principle of various phases of the circuit topology,a laboratory prototype is designed,the experimental waveforms verify the superiority of the topology.%发光二极管(LED)驱动电源为低压大电流恒流源,而电解电容制约着LED驱动电源的使用寿命.国内外学者从提高电源效率和消除电解电容两个方面对LED驱动电源进行深入研究.提出了一种基于倍流同步整流的半桥LLC拓扑的LED驱动电源,既能实现谐振半桥的软开关,又能降低次级的导通损耗,且能省去电解电容.在分析电路拓扑各阶段工作原理的基础上,设计了实验室样机,样机实测波形验证了该拓扑的优越性.
