臭氧发生器容性负载无功补偿研究

         

摘要

臭氧发生器容性负载工作时,无功功率在电源输出容量中占有很大比例,随着臭氧发生器功率不断增大,大量无功功率会增加高频变压器容量设计及铁心选型难度,增加电力电子器件选型成本,降低整机功率因数,增加系统温升.针对上述问题,此处采用并联电抗器无功补偿的方法,设计电抗器并进行实验分析.实验结果表明,并联补偿电抗器无功补偿效果明显.电源带载能力提高了一倍,电网给予容量降低了16%,整机功率因数由0.88提高到了0.94,系统各部分温升降低,臭氧发生器性能得到改善.%It is found reactive power compensation occupied high proportion of power supply output capacity.With the generator power increasing,high ratio reactive power will cause much more output of transformer,rectifier and inverter which will increase cost of transformer capacity design and power electronic device selection,decrease power factor of generator and cause temperature rise.For these problems,a method is illustrated that one inductor is paralleled with capacitive load to compensate reactive power.One inductor is designed and put it into experiment.The results of experiment show that output capacity which provided by power supply and transformer decrease half than before,power grid output decrease 16%,power factor of generator increase from 0.88 to 0.94,the temperature rise of ozone system decreases dramatically.The performance of ozone generator gets better.
