PID控制热力供暖变频调速系统EMC设计及实践

         

摘要

Proportional integral differential (PID) control heating system uses a large number of temperature and pressure sensors,the output analog signals coexist with frequency converter,a good electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)system is designed to guarantee the stability of the operation.The principle of interference generation and propagation are analyzed,and the design scheme of the EMC system is provided.At the same time,a practical application example of the frequency converter of a heating system is given with the corresponding solutions.A valuable reference is provided to solve this kind EMC problem.%比例积分微分(PID)控制热力供暖全自动系统中采用大量温度、压力传感器,其输出为模拟量信号.在与变频器共存环境下,良好的电磁兼容(EMC)设计是系统稳定运行的保障.分析系统运行中干扰的产生及传播原理,并给出系统EMC设计方案,同时结合某热力供暖系统变频器控制的现场应用实例提出对应解决措施,以期通过此案例为解决类似EMC问题提供有价值的参考.
