基于航空电网的Boost PFC变换器设计

         

摘要

For electric equipment on aircraft the corresponding standard has a strict prescript about harmonics and power factor.Active power factor correction(PFC) converter based on LT1248 controller is designed at the same time parameters of surrounding control circuit and method on choice and calculation of compensation net are given.MOSFET is confirmed ground on safe curves area and maximal dissipated power and temperature rise are estimated.The process of correction about winding turns and choice of magnetic core is provided.The experimental result proves that power factor of the designed circuit is high,efficiency of converter is great,total harmonic distortion of current is low efficiently with meeting request by standard.%相关的标准对飞机用电设备的谐波和功率因数提出了严格的规定.采用LT1248控制器设计有源功率因数校正(PFC)变换器;给出了控制电路外围参数,补偿网络的参数选择和计算方法;依据MOSFET安全曲线,选取功率管型号并完成最大功耗和温升的估算;给出了电感磁芯型号的选择和绕线匝数的修正过程.实验结果表明设计电路功率因数高、变换效率高、电流总谐波畸变低,满足相关标准的要求.
