串联型Z源五相双级矩阵变换器研究

         

摘要

五相双级矩阵变换器(TSMC)在多相交流调速系统中应用前景广泛,但电压传输比低.提出一种串联型Z源五相TSMC拓扑,其具有五相TSMC的优点,同时Z源网络的引入克服了五相TSMC电压传输比低的问题.相比于传统并联型Z源网络,串联型Z源网络电容电压应力降低,不存在启动冲击电流,从而减小了系统体积,提高了变换器可靠性.给出了五桥臂逆变级的调制策略及整流级和逆变级的协调控制策略,该调制策略能实现Z源五相TSMC优良的输入输出性能.仿真和实验结果验证了所提拓扑的正确性及其调制策略的有效性.%Five-phase two-stage matrix converter(TSMC) has a wide application prospect in multiphase AC speed control system,but the voltage transfer ratio is low.A kind of series Z-source five-phase TSMC topology is proposed,it has the advantages of five-phase TSMC and the introduction of Z-source network overcomes the problem of low voltage transfer ratio.Compared with the traditional Z-source network,the capacitor voltage stress of the series Z-source network is reduced and there is no starting impulse current.Thus,the volume of the system is reduced and the reliability of the converter is improved.The modulation strategy of the five-leg inverter is presented and the coordinated control strategy of rectifier stage and inverter stage is given.The proposed modulation strategy can achieve excellent input and output performance of the five-phase Z-source TSMC.The simulation and experimental results verify the validity of the proposed topology and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
