模拟循环冷却水中几种离子对碳钢腐蚀的影响

         

摘要

采用极化曲线和交流阻抗方法研究了模拟循环冷却水中的氯离子、硫酸根离子、碳酸氢根离子及钙离子等对碳钢腐蚀的影响.实验结果表明,氯离子对于碳钢腐蚀具有明显的促进作用,在含有氯离子的溶液中加入硫酸根离子、碳酸氢根离子或钙离子时,碳钢腐蚀加剧.而在含氯离子和碳酸氢根离子的溶液中加入钙离子时分为两种情况,当钙离子质量浓度较低时,钙离子的加入促进碳钢的腐蚀,当钙离子质量浓度较高时,则对碳钢的腐蚀具有一定的抑制作用.%This paper is about the research on influence of several ions such as Cl-, SO42-, HCO-3 and Ca2+ in circulating cooling water on the corrosion of carbon steel by polarization curves method and AC impedance method. The results showed that Cl- could promote carbon steel corrosion obviously;SO42-, HCO-3and Ca2+ could make the corrosion more severe in Cl- containing solution. There were two results in Cl-and HCO-3 containing solution: addition of lower concentration Ca2+ could promote the corrosion while addition of higher concentration Ca2+ could inhibit the corrosion.
