花生壳吸附Cu(Ⅱ)的工艺条件优化

         

摘要

以花生壳对Cu(Ⅱ)的去除率为指标,采用单因素分析结合正交试验的方法优化了花生壳吸附Cu(Ⅱ)的工艺条件.结果表明,花生壳吸附Cu(Ⅱ)的最佳工艺条件为:0.15g花生壳,20mL ρ[Cu(Ⅱ)]为20 mg/L溶液,pH为4.4,吸附t为60 min.此工艺条件下,对Cu(Ⅱ)的去除率可达93.52%.%With the removal rate of peanut hull as target parameter,conditions of Cu( II ) ion adsorption were investigated and optimized by using single-factor analysis and orthogonal test. Results showed that the optimum adsorption conditions were peanut hull of0.15g,Cu( H) solution of 20 mg/L under pH 4. 4 and adsorption time of 60min. Under these optimum conditions, the removal rate of peanut hull for Cu( II) was reached to 93.52% .
