电镀过程中抑雾剂的应用

摘要

Fog inhibitor and its application in electroplating were introduced in this paper,the function,principle and technical requirements were also summarized.Besides,the composition and application range of acid fog inhibitor,alkaline fog inhibitor and chromium mist inhibitor were introduced,the research and development of fog inhibitor as well as its application were summarized and prospected.%对抑雾剂在电镀中的应用进行了总结,对电镀过程中使用抑雾剂的原因、抑雾的原理和对抑雾剂的技术要求进行了归纳,还介绍了酸性抑雾剂、碱性抑雾剂和铬雾抑雾剂组成及应用范围,并对抑雾剂的研发与应用进行了归纳和展望.
