电镀企业清洁生产审核及分析

摘要

In this paper,audit point of cleaner production in electroplating industry was proposed through analyzing the problems existing in the cleaner production.Taking one cleaner production retrofit scheme which had been successfully implemented in an electroplating enterprise as an example,application and achievements of the cleaner production technologies were analyzed from the aspects of production process,production equipment,resource utilization,pollutant production,etc.Results showed that implementation of cleaner production could effectively reduce pollution from the source and achieve a tripartite win-win of economic benefits,environmental benefits and social benefits.%通过分析电镀行业的清洁生产问题,提出了电镀行业清洁生产审核要点,并以某电镀厂实施的清洁生产改造方案为例,从生产工艺与装备、资源利用及污染物产生量等方面入手,分析其清洁生产技术应用情况及取得的成果.结果表明,实施清洁生产可以有效的从源头减少污染,实现经济效益、环境效益和社会效益的共赢.
