植物NB-LRR类R蛋白的结构和功能

摘要

Over 70 disease resistance(R)genes have been cloned from various plant species so far.In this paper,we described how R proteins encoded by these R genes were classified.One of the five classes of R proteins named NB-LRR was well known.The recent progress in illustrating the structures and roles of the NB-LRR protein were overviewed.%在不同植物中已经克隆的R基因有70多个.本文综述了R基因所编码蛋白的分类及NB-LRR类R蛋白的结构和功能.
