牡丹不同器官的除草活性研究

         

摘要

[目的]明确牡丹不同器官的除草活性,为进一步开展活性化合物的研究提供依据.[方法]以生菜、黄瓜、反枝苋、苘麻、小麦和稗为受试植物,采用琼脂混粉法进行室内活性测定.[结果]除茎器官外,牡丹其他各器官的粉末在10 g/L的添加浓度下,对各受体植物幼苗的生长均具有明显的抑制作用,且对胚根(或种子根)的抑制效果明显高于对胚轴(或胚芽鞘)的抑制.各器官中以根和叶的效果最好,花、果实和叶柄次之,茎最低.6种受体植物中,反枝觅幼苗的敏感性最高,而黄瓜最低.[结论]牡丹的不同器官粉末在10 g/L的添加浓度下对各受体植物幼苗的生长均具有不同程度的抑制作用.%[Objective] It is aimed to understand the herbicidal activities of different organs of Paeonia suffruticose, so as to provide the evidence for further study of active compounds. [Method] The studies were conducted using seedlings of Lactuca sativa var. ramosa , Cucumis sativus , Amaranthus retroflexus , Abutilon theophrasti , Triticum aestivum and Echinochloa crus-galli as the receiver plants by the method of grinded plant tissue powder mixed with agar (PPA) in the laboratory. [Result] The growth of different receiver plant seedlings was inhibited remarkably by different organs of P.suffruticosa except shoot organs, and the inhibitory rates on the growth of radicles (or seminal roots) were significantly higher than that on hypocotyls (or coleoptiles) at the concentration of 10 g/L. Among all of the plant organs, the roots and leaves showed the highest inhibitory activities for each receiver plant seedling, but the shoots showed the lowest activities. The seedlings of A. retroflexus and C. sativus showed the highest and lowest sensibility to all active organs among the 6 receiver plants, respectively. [Conclusion] The powders of different organs of P. suffruticosa at 10 g/L showed herbicidal activity to different extents.
