[目的]采用基因推导法对目前甘肃省小麦主要生产品种及高代品系进行抗白粉基因分析,为甘肃省白粉病的抗病育种和品种使用及布局提供依据.[方法]利用21个小麦白粉菌株,结合品种系谱对甘肃14个小麦生产品种及28个高代品系进行抗白粉基因推导.[结果]14个生产品种中,1个含Pm8,1个含Pm4b,4个含未知抗病基因,其余8个对所有供试菌株全部表现感病;28个高代品系中,5个含Pm8,2个含Pm3a,1个含Pm4b,1个含Pm30,5个含未知抗病基因,其余14个对所有供试菌株全部表现感病.[结论]目前甘肃小麦生产品种及高代品系中缺乏抗白粉病基因,一旦条件适宜,小麦白粉病在甘肃地区极易发生和流行,应该引起生产管理部门和育种专家的注意和重视.%[Objective] Wheat powdery mildew resistance genes of main commercial wheat cultivars and advanced lines from Gansu Province were analyzed, in order to provide information for plant breeders and make use of them. [Method] Wheat powdery mildew resistance genes in 14 commercial wheat cultivars and 28 advanced lines from Gansu Province were postulated by inoculating 21 isolates of Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici. [Result] The results indicated that in 14 commercial wheat cultivars, 1 carried Pm8, and 1 carried Pm4b, and 4 carried unknown resistance genes, and the other 8 cultivars were susceptible to all tested isolates of B. graminis f. sp tritici.In 28 advanced lines, 5 lines carried Pm8, and 2 carried Pm3a, and 1 carried Pm4b, and 1 carried Pm30, and 5 lines carried unknown resistance genes, and the other 14 lines were susceptible to all tested isolates of B. graminis f. sp tritici. [Conclusion] The lack of wheat powdery mildew resistance genes of main commercial wheat cultivars and advanced lines from Gansu Province may lead to disease occurrence and epidemics when conditions are proper,which should be paid attention to for the breeders and managers.
