枣疯病植原体侵染对枣树叶绿素含量的影响

         

摘要

为明确枣疯病植原体侵染对枣树叶绿素含量的影响,本研究以田间‘赞皇大枣,健树和患枣疯病病树以及‘婆枣’枣疯病组培苗为材料,测定了健叶、病叶以及不同浓度生长调节剂处理后组培苗叶片的叶绿素含量.结果表明,在田间条件下枣疯病病树叶片的叶绿素a、b含量及叶绿素a/b值显著低于健康叶片;在培养基中添加IBA、6-BA可提高枣疯病组培苗叶片叶绿素a、b含量,明显改善患病组培苗的光合作用,但随着继代时间延长,这种影响逐渐消失.此结果表明枣疯病植原体、激素代谢及叶绿素合成之间存在密切联系.%In order to study the effects of jujube witches' broom phytoplasma on the chlorophyll content in jujube trees, the chlorophyll contents of leaves from healthy trees, and diseased trees infected with witches' broom of Ziziphus jujuba 'Zanhuangdazao' in fields were compared. The chlorophyll content of in vitro cultured plantlets with witches' broom disease of Z. Jujuba 'Pozao' treated by different dosage of growth regulators was also tested. The results showed that the chlorophyll a and b content and the a/b value of diseased leaves were significantly lower than that of healthy leaves. The chlorophyll a and b content of plantlets cultured in medium supplemented with IBA or 6-BA was higher than that of healthy leaves. So IBA and 6-BA could improve the photosynthesis of diseased plantlets, and it suggested that there were some close relationships among jujube witches' broom phytoplasma, hormone metabolism and chlorophyll synthesis.
