建立我国的食品安全标准体系是保障我国人民身体健康的重要措施,本文介绍了2016版我国食品安全国家标准《食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763)制定最新进展,并对标准制定情况进行了简要分析.新版食品安全国家标准中共包括4 140项农药残留最大限量.%The national food safety standard system is very important to public health in China.This article introduces the national food safety standard on maximum residue limits (MRLs) in China in 2016 and gives a brief analysis.The new version of national food safety standard is covering 4 140 MRLs.
