输变电工程施工安全风险评估软件开发与应用

摘要

This paper introduces the development and application of safety risk evaluation software for the construction of power transmission and distribution project based on the semi-quantitative LEC safety assessment method. An electronic database for inherent risk summary record is thus set up. As required by the project, the inherent risk information can be easily exported so as to calculate the dynamic risk value for risk assessment.%本文介绍了基于半定量LEC安全评价法的输变电工程施工安全风险评估软件的开发和应用，形成了固有风险汇总清册电子数据库，可根据工程实际方便导出所需固有风险信息，计算出动态风险值，进行动态安全风险评估。
