地区都市发展架构与策略探讨——以台湾杨梅镇为例

This study,form the concept of symbiosis and sustainable development of environment and through the environmental system whthin the xity and cutside environment,discusses development framework of local cities on county and township level.And applying matrix analvsis of SWOT,it nuggoots an action strategy of sustainable devslopment of local cities in the new century.%从环境共生与永续发展的理念着手，透过地方城市内部环境系统的思考及其外部环境面向分析，探讨—个乡镇层级的地方都市发展架构，并运用策略规划方法(SWOT)的矩阵分析，提出新世纪地方都市永续发展的策略。
