社区理念在居住小区规划中的运用——以北川新县城红旗安置区规划为例

作为北川新县城建设首批启动的项目之一,红旗安置区具有一定的特殊性和示范性.其规划在选址、布局、设计三个层次上借鉴了社区理念,充分尊重居住人群的社会特征和居住需求;采用小地块、街坊式社区结构;建设开放、高效的网络道路,塑造慢行交通系统；采用可持续的社区管理模式；塑造连续的商业性街道,提升街道活力.%Hongqi relocation community is special and epitomic as one of the initiative projects in Beichuan county reconstruction. Its plan uses community concept in site choice, layout, and design, respects residents' social behavior, uses small block and street structure, builds high efficient open road network, creates low transport system, uses sustainable community management model, creates continuous commercial street, and improves street vitality.
