青岛市CBD空间形态发展特征研究

摘要

In globalizing market economy development, Central Business District (CBD) has become a critical component of urban economy. Due to difference in natural environment, history, economy, social culture, CBD morphology has big variations. Qiangdao CBD is a coastal belt and should be improved in the following aspects: regional orientation, internal spatial form, infrastructure, and transportation.%在以市场经济为主导的全球一体化进程中,CBD已发展成为城市经济中最具活力的中枢.由于自然环境、历史背景、经济基础、社会文化的不同,商务空间聚集所形成的CBD空间形态呈现较大差异.青岛的CBD在城市发展过程中形成了“滨海带型延伸”的空间形态,未来应从以下方面加强建设:明确区域性定位,调整内部空间形态,加强基础交通设施建设和交通组织,打造滨海发展的绿色CBD.
