中国低碳城市规划研究进展与实践解析

摘要

Systematic Iow carbon urban planning theory and approach in China has not formed yet. Technically,it includes regulatory energy saving of architecture, Iow carbon industry, and planning indices; spatially, it includes compact spatial layout, comprehensive transport model, and carbon sink system. Low carbon theories,urban compactness, and planning indices need further study.%低碳城市规划在我国大多处于战略层面,适合中国国情的低碳城市规划理论和方法体系尚未形成.从技术层面看,低碳城市规划技术包括控制性详细规划中建筑物节能的应用、低碳产业体系的建立及低碳城市规划指标体系的构建等;从空间层面看,目前我国主要采用紧凑的城市空间布局、综合交通模式和城市碳汇系统.今后,低碳城市规划应完善理论研究,确定城市空间布局紧凑度,建立规划指标体系,评估规划成果.
