在我国经济社会转型的背景下,城市增长边界伴随着行政区划的调整呈现出新的发展趋势.城市增长边界具有—定的技术性、政策性及动态性,在经济、社会及环境三者所产生的动力机制和约束机制的影响下,可分为“刚性”边界——限制开发区域边界和“弹性”边界——不适宜开发区域边界.合理的城市增长边界能有效防止城市的无序蔓延,并将城市增长空间引向最合理地区,为城市的未来发展提供合理疏导.通过对北京亦庄新城的动力机制和约束机制的分析,寻找出其理性的城市边界增长模式,从而推动亦庄新城的发展.%The connotation of UGB changes with administrative boundary adjustment as China' s socio-economic background is transferring. UGB has technical, policy, and dynamic characters. Under the influence of economic, social, and environmental forces, UGB can be divided into rigid (restricted development) and flexible boundary (inappropriate development). Rational urban growth boundary can prevent cities from sprawling, and guide city development toward the fittest area, thus reorients city development in the future. The paper analyzes Yizhuang new city development forces, studies rational urban growth boundary model, and promotes Yizhuang new city development.
