The paper concludes university campus transition characters, and indicates that political structure reform will be the driving force of future Chinese university campus morphology transition. High education development strategy transition will guide university campus morphology development. Multiple management approaches, new investment channels, educational and land institutional reform will be the foundation of campus growth.
