转型背景下顺德乡村工业化地区更新改造策略研究

摘要

城乡更新改造是一个长期动态的过程。研究在梳理顺德乡村工业化地区的发展历程、总结乡村工业化地区当前面临问题的基础上，尊重顺德农村发展规律，采取城乡一体、发展引领，摸清家底、理顺关系，差别对待、分类改造，行动参与、协同推进，以及政策支持、财政倾斜等策略，推进乡村工业化地区的更新改造。%Urban rural renovation is a long dynamic process. The paper concludes the evolution and current problems of industrializing countryside in Shunde, adopts urban rural integrate development, dif erentiated renovation, participation and coordination, and policy and ifscal support measures, to promote the renovation of industrializing countryside.
