《雅典宪章》提出居住、工作、游憩和交通是现代城市的四大基本功能，随着新型城镇化进程的快速推进，我国已逐步进入“休闲时代”，人们对游憩空间的需求越发迫切。新型城镇化背景下的城市发展模式从“粗放扩张”转向“内涵增长”，游憩空间的规划建设成为提升城市空间质量的重要抓手，城市建设更加注重文化的延续和传承。本文以赣州为例，分析其游憩空间与特色文化相结合的布局模式，详细阐述赣州在宋城文化、客家文化、红色文化和堪舆文化等地域文化影响下游憩空间的打造策略，为构建具有地域文化特色的宜居、宜业、宜游的现代都市提供参考。%International congress of modern architecture in 1933 raises four basic functions of cities: live, work, recreation, and transportation. People’s need for recreation is increasing as China pushes forwards new urbanization. Urban development has shifted from exterior expansion to inner growth, and recreation space has become crucial in urban space improvement. The paper takes Ganzhou city as an example, analyzes recreation space development strategies with Song culture, Hakka culture, red culture, and Fengshui culture, and provides a reference for pro-life, business, tourism modern city development.
