基于城市监督的香港文物建筑保育解析-以香港永利街为例

摘要

研究以香港历史建筑遗产—永利街从“拆除区”转变为“保育区”的坎坷过程为例，以普通历史街区的保育历程为切入点，探究香港独特机制下的文物建筑保育体系及其运行过程，以及社会各界在此过程中的参与力与调控度。通过类比与实例分析的方法，将社会监督群体分为政府、媒体和民众三方，探求历史建筑保育体系中各方的职能作用，并对此进行梳理，以期为大陆地区历史建筑保育完善相关机制与体系提供借鉴。%The paper reviews the bumpy process of Wing Lee Street from redevelopment to preservation, and studies Hong Kong historic building preservation mechanism and operation, as wel as social involvement and intervention. Through comparison and case study, the paper divides supervision body into groups of government, media, and the public, analyzes their roles in preservation system, and provides relevant experience for Chinese mainland.
