城市人居环境评价指标体系构建研究

摘要

The paper put forwards a new idea about the human settlement evaluation index system, constructs the index system by"reference and expert consultation"model, analyzes and selects the index data, constructs a index system with urban specificity. And, assigns each index with CRITIC weighting method. At last, takes Hefei as an example, evaluates this index system.%文章就城市人居环境评价指标体系的构建提出全新的构思,运用"借鉴和专家咨询"的方法初步建立指标体系,通过城市基础数据进行相关性分析,遴选指标,建立具有城市专属性的特色人居环境评价指标体系,并运用CRlTlC客观赋权法对各项指标进行赋权,最后以合肥市区为例,对具有城市专属性的评价指标体系予以评价.
