The paper clears the spatial mismatch standard of basic educational facilities, then analyzes the situation of Zibo center city, finds the mismatch problems of land-use, school-house, and teachers. The analysis shows that, the demand supply curve of these three indexes are different in different area. Then, the paper divides the mismatch styles, by using the school-age population permillage calculating and correlation analysis, analyzes the action mechanism of supply and demand, and put forwards some planning strategies.%文章首先界定了基础教育设施空间失配标准,然后通过对淄博市中心城区小学的全样本统计分析,实证生源的空间分布与学校的用地、校舍、师资三类核心资源所在区域存在空间失配.研究发现,由于不同区位的学校所处发展阶段不同,这三类资源的供求曲线存在较大差异.文章根据供求曲线对基础教育设施空间失配进行类型划分,借助学龄儿童千分比测算和相关性分析等方法,分别对供给与需求的内在作用机制进行剖析,进而有针对性地提出基础教育设施空间失配的规划对策.
