China has the bulky and complex spatial planning system, the different spaces are limited by each other. In order to improve efficiency and stock spatial pattern, some areas has practiced the multi-plans integration. In November, 2014, the four ministries issued the notice document about multi-plans integration, confirmed the twenty-eight pilot cities, and these integration research have become been unified. The paper researches the spatial layout, function, scale, economy, industry of these pilot cities, and the main work in different stages, analyzes the characteristics and strategies, the advantage and disadvantage. The research result shows that, multi-plans integration can offer a new view to urban spatial development, but it still limited while check from goal term, integration and current situation of implementation.%我国空间规划体系庞杂,彼此关系复杂,针对空间之间彼此掣肘的现实,各地区为提高空间利用效率,优化存量空间格局,分别对"多规融合"进行了实践性的探索.2014年11月,国家发改委、国土部、环保部和住建部四部委联合下发《关于开展市县"多规合一"试点工作的通知》,在全国确定28个市县开展"多规合一"试点,使"多规合一"的试点研究正式在国家层面获得了统一.本文以全国28个"多规合一"试点的空间分布、城镇职能、规模等级、经济水平和产业结构,以及现阶段各试点的"多规合一"进程为主要研究内容,分析"多规合一"试点方案特点和具体实施策略,以及其方案存在的优点和不足.结果表明,"多规合一"为城市空间的发展提供新的视角,但从各试点的目标年限、横向协调及实施现状看,均存在一定的局限.
