半城市化地区柔性集聚下的创新空间系统功能结构体系构建--以汕头市澄海区为例

摘要

With the progress of unbanization semi-urbanized region emerge with characters of bottom-up organization, flexible agglomeration, space fragmentation, and system contradiction. The paper takes planing practice of Chenghai district, Shantou city as an example, studies the spatial improvement measures centered on creating innovation space structure, and provides a new concept for space usage efifciency in the new normal situation.%伴随城镇化进程的不断深入，与城镇空间同步出现的是半城市化地区，这些地区在空间资源利用方面体现出极强的自下而上的自组织性和柔性集聚特征，空间结构的破碎问题和系统性矛盾突出。本文结合近年来汕头市澄海区的规划实践，探索以构建创新空间系统功能结构体系为核心的空间优化路径，力求在新常态下为我国广大半城市化地区空间利用效率的提升提供有益思路。
