Residents’ needs on public service facilities in public housing are diferent from other people. Based on the investigation on Chaoyangxincheng-a public housing neighborhood, the paper concludes 8 variants of residents’ characters, analyzes residents’ needs on public service from using frequency and acceptable reaching time, and measures the residents’ satisfaction on public service. Then the paper inspects the relevance between residents character and public service needs, predicts the public service facilities conifguration based on their needs, and improves the livability of public housing neighborhood.%保障性住区的居住人群有着特殊特征,对公共服务设施的需求有别于其他住区的居住人群。文章基于北京市朝阳区朝阳新城保障性住区的调查,用因子分析方法提取得到人群特征的8个变量,以居民对公共服务设施的使用频率与到达公共服务设施花费时间的耐受度衡量公共服务设施的需求特征,并通过打分的方法衡量居民对公共服务设施的满意度;在此基础上,对人群特征与公共服务设施的需求特征及满意度进行相关性分析,找到它们之间的关联,以期根据保障性住区预入住人群特征指导公共服务设施的配建,满足居民的生活需要,提升保障性住区的宜居性。
