海绵城市专项规划编制思路与珠海实践

摘要

The original ecological and hydraulic system of cities has been destroyed in the past urbanization, and this has caused systematic rainwater management problems. At the central government requirement, sponge city planning has become an imperative issue. The paper concludes present planning concepts and methods, discusses planning ideas, and makes study with relevant cases.%随着城市的发展，城市原生态系统和水文循环遭到了破坏，出现了“逢雨必涝”“雨停即旱”等不正常的现象。针对此类现象，国家提出建设海绵城市，而如何编制好相关专项规划以指导海绵城市设施建设就成为了当务之急。文章对目前已经开展的一些海绵城市规划工作进行归纳整理，探讨海绵城市专项规划的编制思路，并结合相关案例展开探索，希望能为同行提供一定的参考。
