城市微型公共空间系统规划管控策略

摘要

随着城市经济社会的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提升,市民对公共空间的需求日益明显,但由于城市建设转型发展及土地资源紧缺,可用于公共空间建设的用地越来越匮乏,同时在大规模的开发建设中,也出现了一些被荒废或尺寸过小的“灰色”空间.在此背景下,如何进一步发掘公共空间资源,提高土地使用效率成为规划部门关注的一项热点.文章结合武汉市微型公共空间规划工作实践,系统地对微型公共空间的概念、问题、评价标准等进行研究,并从完善布局、彰显特色与对接管理等角度对微型公共空间的规划管控进行了探索.%Along with fast socioeconomic development and rising living standards,people's needs for public space is increasing.Urban construction land for large scale public space is getting scarce,while some abandoned or small space might be taken into consideration,which requires improvement of land use efficiency.Wuhan has conducted a systematic research on the concept,issues,standard of micro public space,and studied the layout,character,management of micro public space.
